Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Fraud & Claims Operations department supporting the daily management of fraud and claims inquiry queues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fraud Operations Specialist

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range: $23.09

Shift: 4 days in office 1 home office 

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily fraud and claims inquiry queues to ensure timely intake, assignment, and resolution of cases
  • Manage Salesforce case creation, review, and maintenance related to fraud and claims inquiries
  • Monitor workflow progression and ensure inquiries are completed within established SLAs
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and risks within queues, escalating issues as necessary
  • Generate and distribute operational reports using Salesforce data to support performance management

What's Needed?

  • Experience in fraud, claims, or financial services operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce case management and reporting tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple queues effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
