Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a Call center Rep to join their team. As a Call center Rep, you will be part of the customer support department supporting clients and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $13
Shift: Day shift and Evening Shift
What's the Job?
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Document customer interactions and update account information
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
What's Needed?
- Ability to pass a Drug Test (Oral - 6 Panel) and Background Check (Criminal - Local)
- 2 Years prior experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Former IRS and Banking experience helpful
