Floor Assembly Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing and technology company, is seeking a Electronics Technician / Floor Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronics Technician / Floor Assembly Operator
Location: Rockford, TN, 207 Dunavant, Suite 1000
Pay Range: Up to $19.00/hour
Shift: 6:30am-5pm.
Schedule: Mon - Thu, some Fridays maybe required.

What’s the Job?

• Perform semi-complex electronic assembly, soldering, testing, and rework
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine manufacturing issues
• Follow documented procedures and apply past practices independently
• Identify problems and take appropriate corrective actions
• Support daily production operations and maintain quality standards

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in electronics, soldering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with soldering, testing, and rework
• Ability to follow instructions and work semi-independently
• Willingness to work 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Thu, occasional Fridays)
