All these terms make up our Administrative Assistant. This position will require the team member to work on-site daily to handle physical checks and paperwork at our Irving, Texas location

This job offers you:

  • Business hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. Able to work overtime on an as needed basis.
  • Paid on-the-job training will last for multiple weeks and run concurrently on several assigned tasks.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:
  • High school or GED applicable.  In lieu of the education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Have 0-2 years of professional administrative/clerical experience.
  • Possess strong customer service skills.
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize work & organize workload to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to cross train on other roles; willing to help peers.
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Possess general PC skills including general application skills for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF, Zoom and Teams experience. Mainframe and SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Typing and 10-key skills.
You are expected to:
  • Lift 10 – 15 pounds; stand for periods of 15 to 30 minutes at a time and walk for short distances within the building.
  • Scan, make copies, and sort media and checks.
  • Physically pick up and deliver work around the office.
  • Utilize intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel spreadsheets, Word Documents, Outlook and more. 
  • Learn new tasks, take notes, ask questions, communicate with stakeholders, and build relationships. 
  • Write letters, file online logs and other duties as assigned.
