Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting sales, manufacturing, and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing
Location: Prairie Farm, WI
Pay Range: $36,400 - $39,520
Shift: 1st Shift: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
What's the Job?
- Review and accurately enter purchase orders into company databases
- Process all shipments made through UPS and coordinate delivery schedules
- Research and resolve issues by communicating with customers and internal teams
- Handle incoming calls from customers, vendors, and employees via a multi-line phone system
- Assist with managing shipments, deliveries, and other customer service-related tasks as needed
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Minimum 1 year of office experience and data entry proficiency
- Experience with order entry, inventory management, and customer relations
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
