Our client, a well-established organization in the hobby industry, is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to join their team. As a Dealer Sales Representative, you will be part of the Dealer Sales department supporting the internal sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Dealer Sales Representative
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $18-$20 Per Hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer inquiries via phone and email
- Take and process dealer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, availability, and pricing details
- Assist dealers with order status, returns, and general account questions
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or account management preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
