Welder

Our client, industry-leading manufacturing and fabrication company, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Casper, WY

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Read specifications or blueprints to determine locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required
• Bolt, fasten, and position structural steel members for welding or assembly
• Hoist and position steel components using cranes or other hoisting equipment
• Cut, bend, and weld steel pieces using metal shears, torches, or welding equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to blueprints or instructions, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of related welding experience, with proficiency in multiple welding processes such as GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, or SAW
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing precise, high-quality welds
• Ability to perform ASME & AWS code weld tests on pipe and plate, maintaining a minimum of 95% acceptability in NDE weld tests
