Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Entry Level CNO Developer, to join our team Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

  • Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.

  • Ensure software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent OR 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in Python and C/C++ programming.

  • Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

  • Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understand CNO development concepts.

  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.

  • Understand assembly programming concepts.

  • Unit Test experience.

  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.

  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

The projected compensation range for this position is $66,500-$110,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
