Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Embedded CNO Developer to join our team in Maryland. Leverage your understanding of how computer hardware, real-time systems, and peripherals operate to perform Cyber research and development. Knowledge of C, C++, Assembly, and Python for RISC and/or non-RISC architectures.

As an Embedded CNO Developer, you will work in an Agile environment and leverage your skills in Research, Software Engineering and Networking to develop impactful mission tools. In this role, you will be a contributing member of a small multi-disciplinary team that researches platforms and implements solutions in C, C++, and Assembly. You will also be responsible for supporting unit, component, and system test activities as well as contribute to readiness reviews and product release cycles. You must be able to effectively communicate with the technical team, management, and the customer to keep them informed of progress, plans and potential issues.
?Basic Qualifications:
Experience in system level programming or developing for embedded systems.
Development experience using C/C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
Experience in network programming.
Experience reverse engineering using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.
Familiarity with basic VLAN/VPN/NAT concepts.
Familiarity using signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.
Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
Comfortable developing in the Linux operating system.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering plus 4 or more years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
CNO capability development experience.
Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
Understand assembly programming concepts.
Unit Test experience.
Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
Physical requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
