Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
  • Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Colorado or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degree
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
About:

Compensation: $75,000-$82,000 BOE

Full-time role averaging 45 patient visits per week. Standard schedule is 5 days/week, with a 4-day option available for clinicians who meet the full-time caseload.
