Qualifications:
* Current and good standing RN license for the state of Illinois
* Current CPR certification
* Minimum of 1-3 years of long-term care experience
* Management experience preferred
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
* Be able to provide leadership to the team
* Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
