Qualified Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts
Proven experience in performing various massage therapy techniques
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles
Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
Have a passion for helping others feel their best
Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery
Day-to-Day:
Offer exceptional customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for each client
Communicate clearly with clients to identify their needs and wellness goals while establishing clear expectations for the most appropriate treatment plan
Perform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs and conditions
Utilize pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue and achieve their wellness goals
