We’re seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee client programs and ensure treatment fidelity

• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs

• Collaborate with families and team members to achieve meaningful outcomes

• Maintain documentation in line with BACB and insurance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
