Job Summary

We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals who have experience working with special needs children — in schools, therapy centers, or home settings — and want to build a long-term career in behavioral health.

No RBT certification yet? That’s okay — we’ll help you with training and Certification!

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans

  • Collect and record data on each session

  • Support positive skill development and independence

  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with special needs or in special education (required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Strong communication, reliability, and compassion

  • Able to pass a background check and training requirements
