About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children with autism and their families. This role offers flexibility, clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based ABA
Bilingual a plus
Telehealth supervision experience
