Mayvin is seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to support the DTRA Strategic Integration (SI) Directorate in support of the DoD Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission. Clearance Required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility Position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: * Contributes and oversees the creation and staffing of requirements and related documentation * Support study elements, adjudicate comments, facilitate document development and coordination across organizations * Determines the implications of changes using knowledge of DoD JCIDS requirements processes. * Supervises junior personnel * Confers with managers to obtain additional information or to interpret policies and procedures related to requirements. * Support major initiatives; requirements generation and capability development, or similar efforts requiring joint military operations expertise. * Contribute to support maximizing Agency resources against operational needs. * Provide expertise and analytical support * Curate the Agency's request management module. * Receive, log, analyze, and curate Agency capability force requests (CFR). * Integrate CFRs that drive Operations, Activities, and Investments for the Agency. * Monitor progress of CFR execution. * Develop and perform supporting processes and operating procedures throughout the full life cycle of CFRs from reception to execution and assessment. * Coordinate CFRs across Agency mission elements to adjudicate initial feasibility and Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR)/Office of Coordinating Responsibility (OCR) designations. * Provide recommendations for CFR acceptance or rejection based upon existing strategic guidance and Agency mission capabilities, resources, and priorities. Required Qualifications: * Knowledgeable of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and other staff action tools. * Knowledge of JCIDS requirements processes * Knowledge in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and familiarity with Chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense * Business Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. * Five years of specialized experience in the above-described duties. * Higher level staff experience required. * Must be a U.S. citizen * Local to DC Metropolitan area About Mayvin: Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
