*Requirements:*
* A current and valid SD (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license is required.
* Minimum 1+ years of LTC / SNF experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
