Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Experience in an IT and/or Audio/video environment a plus
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Monday.com
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- OSHA certified
