With a new project beginning, they're looking to grow their team and add a qualified Lead Superintendent to their team asap.Job DescriptionResponsibilities for a Construction Lead Superintendent Include but are not limited to:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Select tools, materials and equipment, and track inventory.Meet contractual conditions of performance.Review the work progress on daily basis.Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
