With a strong commitment to quality and excellence, they manage every aspect of the development process, from conception to completion.Job DescriptionManage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with NYC DOB regulations.Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the job site.Prepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, and other required documentation.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or delays.Liaise with the NYC Department of Buildings and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.Ensure all construction activities adhere to the project schedule and budget.Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
