The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global investigations, case management, and mediation, along with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and equitable workplace.Job DescriptionLead and manage complex employee relations matters across global locations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.Oversee and conduct global investigations related to workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and code of conduct violations, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and organizational standards.Manage a comprehensive case management system to track, document, and resolve employee relations issues efficiently and accurately.Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating resolutions that promote a healthy, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.Develop and implement global employee relations strategies that align with business goals and promote a positive work environment.Maintain and continuously improve the employee relations case management process, ensuring timely and effective handling of all employee relations cases.Monitor trends in employee relations cases to identify patterns and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future issues.Stay updated on global employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and prepared for changes.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to managing employee relations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
