Summary

Maintain an effective Inventory Management System in collaboration with the operations and Cycle Count Teams through transactions in ERP system, administering and participation in auditing activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • 75% of time will be spent in the warehouse recounting previous counts, auditing, reviewing inventory processes and looking for missing inventory.
  • Responsible for inventory adjustments in ERP System and flows of communication to effected parties.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze root cause, identify potential resolution, and escalate to manager for any reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Distribute Daily cycle counts and variation reconciliation.
  • Analyze & validate inventory adjustments.
  • Help in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and audits for ensuring compliance.
  • Responsible for the training of functions performed by inventory associates.
  • Establishes and maintains systems and controls that verify the inventory integrity of accounting systems, processes, and data.
  • Perform work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Adherence to Cycle Count procedures
  • Warehouse project assistance
  • Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
  • Works independently in a fast pace, rapid changing environment and replenishes materials.
  • Works hand in hand with the Warehouse Management to communicate process opportunities and take corrective actions or remedies.
  • Requires extreme attention to detail.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required. Associates degree or above from an accredited University or College is preferred.
  • Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of warehouse inventory control, preferably in the aerospace industry and/or inventory reconciliation and 3 + years' experience using an ERP System (SAP preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel skills will be utilized, and intense analytical skills are required.
  • Experience in time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Knowledge of supply chain management very helpful.
  • Ability to be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and /or pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Requires extreme attention to detail.
