TECHNICAL DIRECTOR WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Technical Director to work in our Huntsville, AL or Wichita, KS office with occasional OCONUS travel. The candidate must be able to keep and obtain an active secret clearance with an elgibility to upgrade to TS/SCI. The k> fivefour Technical Director (TD) support s all technical aspects of the Millennium and k> fivefour training courses, platforms, and associated capabilities . The TD continuously evaluat es training requirements to ensure k> fivefour offering meet or exceed current needs and are ahead of future training requirements. The TD will identify gaps or shortfalls with appropriate recommendations for remediation . T he TD provide s guidance on the direction for development of enhanced technical capability of k> fivefour courses and platforms to include developing a strategy for future capability development and product growth . Additionally, the k> fivefour Technical Director will support customer engagements when a subject matter expert insight is required to include the presentation of research or demonstration of product capabilities. * Evaluate current training and platform capabilities and provide recommendations for an y current of future capability gaps identified * Support development of k> fivefour training platforms , c ourses , and scenarios * Support innovation within team by providing feedback and mentoring with the team as well as identifying opportunities for innovation with our customers * Oversees k> fivefour cybersecurity services infrastructure, including assessment platforms and backend infrastructure * Works with internal stakeholders to develop commercial service offerings, to include associated marketing materials and product/service offering descriptions * Collaborate with customers and industry partners and forge mutually beneficial relationships that support the growth and development of Millennium and k> fivefour * Support long-term product development from concept to production * Augment training/instruction during periods of high demand * Support customer engagements ranging from consultation to demonstration * Create products to include whitepapers, presentations, blogs, and demos of current offering and future products for peers, clients, and conferences * Additional duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field . Experience may be substituted for degree. Minimum 8-10 years of experience required. * SPECIALIZED experience in Cyber Training, Red Teaming, Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), Computer Network Defense (CND), and/or penetration testing * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Experience in working in high performing teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby, Node.js) * Experience with multiple programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java) * Experience performing web application security assessments * Experience with TCP/IP protocols as it relates to network security * Experience with offensive tool sets including: Kali Linux, Metasploit, CobaltStrike, Intercepting Proxies, etc. * Experience in using network protocol analyzers and sniffers, as well as ability to decipher packet captures * Excellent independent (self-motivational, organizational, personal project management) skills * Proven ability to work effectively with management, staff, vendors, and external consultants * Ability to think outside the box and emulate adversarial approaches * Capable of conducting penetration tests on applications, systems and network utilizing proven/formal processes and industry standards. * Capable of managing multiple penetration test engagements, from cradle to grave, at the same time * In depth understanding of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits Business Development * Must a ssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's and k> fivefour's strategic business objectives , which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements * Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements 25% ( or less ) travel as required (OCONUS & CONUS)
