Position Summary: MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Security Risk Management Framework (RMF) Audit Analyst, Sr. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field Responsibilities: Recommends information assurance (IA)/security solutions to support customers’ requirements.
Identifies, reports, and resolves cyber security violations.
Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions that meet security requirements.
Provides integration and implementation of the computer system security solution.
Analyzes general IA and cyber security-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.
Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
Experience in functional and systems analysis preferred.
Will independently perform risk analysis/risk assessments and define security requirements for all ISD support IT systems.
The incumbent will design, develop, and implement solutions to IT system security requirements.
The incumbent will gather and organize technical information about existing security products, authorized vulnerability management policies, and procedures.
The incumbent will assist the Security Controls Auditor in validating the security controls and the Risk Management Framework eMASS inputs for all ISD managed and maintained systems.
The incumbent will conduct an analysis of system vulnerability management, remediation solutions, and develop the necessary plan of action and milestones.
The incumbent will evaluate, tests, monitor, and maintain information security policies, procedures and systems such as hardware, firmware, and software.
The incumbent will ensure security design, controls, and procedures are aligned with information security standards and are appropriate to mitigate risk of exposure.
Identifies security violations, determines cause, and implements procedures to prevent future incidents.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field Qualifications: Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification. Certifications: Requires DoD Approved 8570Baseline Certification IAT Level II (Eg. CompTIA Sec+) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
