Your Impact as a Field Integration Manager
As a Field Integration Manager, you are responsible for supporting the onboarding of newly acquired hospitals to the Mission platform. You will guide new Hospital Managers and teammates on closing day and throughout the first week of acquisition by providing on-site, side-by-side training on our processes and procedures. You will partner with Regional Operations Directors, Regional Medical Directors, and Home Office teammates to help coordinate a positive new teammate experience. This role is critical to welcoming new hospitals into our network and setting them up for long-term success.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Collaborating and Planning: You'll work with the selling Doctor, Hospital Manager, and cross-functional teams to create and execute detailed integration project plans.
- Managing Projects: You will manage the integration plan to keep milestones on track and proactively address or escalate any issues and risks.
- Facilitating Key Meetings: You'll lead and facilitate integration meetings, both in person and remotely, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Providing On-Site Training: You'll be the primary on-site guide, providing side-by-side training to new teammates on our processes, procedures, and systems.
- Being a Flexible Partner: You will demonstrate your commitment to the team by being highly flexible and assisting other functional areas as needed during an integration.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A self-starter attitude with initiative and excellent follow-through.
- The ability to travel 70-80% of the time.
- A commitment to our WAG values, with the ability to lead with respect, integrity, and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Consistent and effective communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to handle a wide range of duties as needs arise.
- 3+ years of project management or acquisition integration experience is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
