In addition, candidate must have a history of leading their team in workflow, project management, design, code review, and the overall technical lead of the development team. Technical Skills: • Design and develop code using object orientated principles and design standards.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with object orientated software development and the overall development domain including: languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Develop and implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability.
• Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests.
• Maintain the development source control repositories.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies in order to provide recommendations for future technology strategies.
• Support production by leading efforts to troubleshoot production issues. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 Years' Experience developing in C#
• ASP.NET Development-- Experience with .NET 4.0/4.5
• Extensive MVC experience
• JavaScript and CSS
• IIS 7+
• MS SQL Server 2008+
• 2 years performing at the Senior Lead of their development team. Preferred Skill Sets: • ORM's (Entity Framework)
