*Summary of Position: *ABAClinics Director will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the clinics they oversee and must prioritize clinical integrity and optimal outcomes by engaging with staff, families we serve, and the community. Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of daily operations for all Mobile Therapy of America Clinics. He/she will oversee and ensure the coordination, implementation, delivery and supervision of the center-based business operations, compliance, and quality measures at each center location.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Work closely with COO of MTC to ensure staff assigned to clinical programs meet the productivity requirements budgeted for the respective positions
* Liaison to COO of MTC services and Clinical Director when they are not present.
* Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs/capabilities.
* Develop improvements to operational processes to improve profitability.
* Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to management teams, set clear accountabilities and expectations in alignment with business goals, identify and remove obstacles to success, and drive a high performing team and culture.
* Aligns with HR Director to Develop, monitor and maintain operating policies and procedures.
* Ensures all referrals and leads are handled in an appropriate time and standard.
* Collaborates with Site coordinators to ensure that the Clinics Day to day staffing patterns, schedules, and vacancy management needs are being met. Utilize staff across all locations to maximize efficiency.
* Conducts bi-weekly management meetings facilitating streamlined processes throughout clinics are consistent across both states.
* Ensures that onsite coordinators are trained and there is ongoing development of all ABA/RBT/BCBA staff.
* Performs performance evaluations for direct reports.
* Acts as a liaison with COO of MTC on behalf of referrals, school districts, families, community groups, etc. to retain business growth.
* Performs all duties in an ethical and professional manner, support Center teams, and pursues professional growth and development.
* Attend Executive leadership weekly meeting to discuss all significant and critical incidents, concerns, involving either clinic, staff, clients, and facilities.
* Uphold the mission and put forth in the Workplace Culture and Values Statement
* Aligns with Controller to develop yearly budgets for all clinics.
* Approval of the Clinics inventory and purchases.
* Tracks supplies and communicates with management (both for site and BCBA programming: including clinical, general, office, and PPE supplies).
* Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
* Always maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.
* Traveling between Libertyville and Crystal Lake.
* Other duties as assigned by COO.

*Requirements*
* BCBA with minimum of 3 years experience.
* 1 years of management experience in ABA
* Excellent interpersonal abilities: ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.
* Excellent grammar, verbal, and writing skills.
* A strong communicator who can write and present effectively; with the ability to adjust style to fit the audience.
* High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
* Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
* Demonstrated track record of setting annual business plan objectives, setting and achieving operational excellence performance standards, especially in a tight margin environment.
* Ability to establish credibility and be decisive but be able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
* In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (i.e. Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, HR, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
