Currently looking for a skilled individual for a temp-to-hire Test Operator opening with a company located in Mounds View, MN. Interested candidates should have good manual dexterity, and basic English and computer skills.

Test Operator Job Description:

• Perform test requirements on basic products.
• Assemble chassis, cables, and wires other related assemblies per schedule and referencing QA check sheet.
• Operate in-circuit testers as required.
• Uses visual aids, verbal, and written instructions to perform the job.
• Adheres to ESD requirements and safety rules.
• Produce high quality products to exceed customer expectations.
• Follows MultiTech rules and policies.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Test Operator Job Requirement:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills in English.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, hand tools, and computers.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean principles preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge.

Compensation for Test Operator:

The starting salary for the Test Operator position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE).
