We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our team working predominantly remote with onsite approximately once per month in Washington, Navy Yard. What you'll do: * Internal controls
* A-123 program development
* Process improvement
* Change management
Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in field relevant to professional role
* Prior experience in change management and process improvement, internal controls for Federal/State government agencies or large complex companies
* Minimum 3 years' experience * Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
* Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
