Advanced Engineering Technician Scottsdale, AZ Contract Position $27.17-$32.17/Hour Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities: * Support the design, testing, fabrication, and modification of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental circuits, laser/light devices, and specialized test equipment.
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
* Build, troubleshoot, calibrate, and test a variety of tools, equipment, and systems.
* Conduct and document experiments to define process parameters and support process improvements.
* Design and build custom tooling and fixtures to support unique tasks.
* Implement complex solutions for process improvement and document results.
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, determine cause-effect relationships, and recommend resolutions. Qualifications: * Education: Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant technical or engineering role.
* Proficiency in using fabrication tools and building complex hardware.
