Responsibilities: * Test, tune, and troubleshoot RF microwave hybrid assemblies using manual and automated equipment, following detailed module performance specifications and acceptance test procedures.
* Conduct testing under various conditions, including temperature, vibration, and mechanical shock, and manage units in burn-in ovens.
* Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including modifications, rework, and quality testing, while collaborating with RF Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams.
* Retrieve and review test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics using computer systems, and input test yield data. Qualifications: * Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree not required).
* Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
* Experience:
* Prior experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF microwave hybrid assemblies.
* Familiarity with RF equipment, such as RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Power Meters, and PNA Network Analyzers.
* Experience soldering components according to J-STD-001 standards.
* Ability to work under a microscope using hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, tweezers).
