General Summary Mount Indie is seeking an Analyst who Analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule, and performance related to Army Materiel Command (AMC) Army Metering Program (AMP) Privatized Utilities (UP). Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions) •Monitors program performance and provides status information to senior stakeholders related to AMC AMP UP. •Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files for AMC AMP UP. •Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, and reports relative to AMC AMP UP. •Prepares program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, and waivers for AMC AMP UP. •Maintains and/or aids with administrative and tracking systems and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support AMC AMP UP. •Collects and arranges for distribution of materials to senior government stakeholders. •Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards. •Plans, schedules, and executes special activities as required, leads working groups, captures meeting minutes, and works action items. •Develops .CSV files to submit to Meter Data Management System. •May provide leadership to lower level project/program support employees. Required Experience •Bachelor's degree in related field •Minimum of 10+ years' related experience •Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required •.CSV file generation experience •Demonstrated military Action Officer experience •Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software packages Preferred Qualifications •Active Secret clearance •PMI PMP certification and/or ITIL v4 Managing Professional certification, or Practice Manager certification, and/or Microsoft EXCEL certification
