We are seeking an experienced Lead VOIP Engineer to support the CISCO network switch and provide remote support to various locations within the FB AOR. The successful candidate will have a secret clearance and IAT-Level II Certificate. The primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, including VoIP and VoSIP devices, and support the migration of services and servers to enterprise platforms. Responsibilities: •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to users globally utilizing Cisco Call Manager 10.5.2 - 11.5 and Cisco Unity 10.5.2 - 11.5. •Manage and maintain analog fax lines, voicemails, Auto Attendants, phone setup, and alarms/alerts. •Design and configure user facility IT infrastructure to support voice and video. •Support the migration of services and servers to enterprise platforms. •Verify functionality of both physical and virtual servers. •Maintain, configure, and test Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (CPCA) and Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (CPCP). •Provide technical guidance to installation systems personnel on automated data telecommunications systems, equipment procedures, and techniques. •Maintain the Voice Network compliancy with applicable DoD, Department of the Army Directives, DISA STIG viewer and report any discrepancies to the applicable system owner in accordance with RNEC procedures. •Install, troubleshoot, and test all parts of a TDM phone, to include inside outside plant infrastructure to include 300 Area digging permits. •Troubleshoot and configure CUCM and equipment. •Provide Tier 1 support to Users Globally utilizing Cisco Call Manager (CM), Cisco Unity. •Manage and maintain analog fax lines, voicemails, Auto Attendants, phone setup, and alarms/alerts. •Review and validate understanding of customer design requirements as well as recommended process changes. Required Skills/Experience: •Secret clearance •IAT-Level II Certificate (such as Security +) •Strong understanding of Cisco VOIP infrastructure •Experience with Cisco Call Manager 10.5.2 - 11.5 and Cisco Unity 10.5.2 - 11.5 •Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, MGCP, SCCP, and H.323 •Experience with Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (CPCA) and Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (CPCP) •Strong troubleshooting skills •Ability to follow and understand technical documents
