Summary:Catalog Management Associate to oversee our product catalog across multiple ecommerce platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, and more. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of product listings and pricing, conducting regular audits, and continuously researching content optimization opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital commerce, and a strategic mindset to help position our products as market leaders.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $28 to $31 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $59,240 and $77,105 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Regularly audit product listings on platforms like Wayfair, Amazon, and others to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform standards.
- Update pricing, inventory levels, and product details as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain consistent, high-quality catalog information.
- Identify opportunities to improve product descriptions, images, and other digital assets to enhance customer experience and search visibility.
- Implement keyword strategies, SEO best practices, and data-driven content updates to improve product rankings.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify content gaps and emerging trends.
- Monitor industry standards and platform updates to keep product pages optimized and ahead of the curve.
- Use analytics tools to measure the impact of content changes and make informed recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align catalog content with overall business objectives.
- Participate in platform-specific initiatives such as promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
- Ensure timely implementation of promotional content and accurate product information.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in catalog management, content management, or a similar role within ecommerce.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, and other ecommerce vendor portals.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or ecommerce analytics platforms.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
- Proficient in catalog and content management tools.
- Experience with data feed management or content syndication platforms is a plus.
