Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on managing and expanding drop-ship relationships with key ecommerce partners such as Wayfair, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating vendor portals, executing marketing and advertising strategies, and driving growth in a competitive ecommerce environment.

Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $80,000 to $100,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce partners, including Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, and others.
- Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new drop-ship partnerships.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to optimize sales.
- Efficiently navigate partner portals to update product listings, manage inventory, and analyze sales performance.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of content, pricing, and promotions across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with listings, orders, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives tailored to each platform.
- Strategize and execute advertising campaigns using tools like Amazon Advertising, Wayfair Sponsored Products, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the ecommerce marketplace to introduce new products or adjust pricing strategies.
- Regularly review sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide detailed reports on performance metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Be open and flexible to take on tasks and responsibilities outside of the outlined role, assisting other teams or departments as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by identifying areas for improvement and offering support wherever required.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Two (2) plus years’ experience in channel distribution sales
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales, with a focus on managing drop-ship relationships.
- Hands-on experience with vendor portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Marketplace, etc.
- Experience in working with third-party tools to enhance product visibility and boost advertising (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in ecommerce marketing and advertising strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
