Summary : The Customer Service Accounting Representative (CSAR) is responsible for working with customers face to face, via phone or email and handle collections and allocations of payments.
Work hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00 Pm and one saturday month.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $42,000 and $50,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
- Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.
- Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
- Build and maintain company customer relationships.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions of necessary.
- Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
- Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
- Partner with Sales Representative to keep account transactions up to date.
- Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
- Retain up to date knowledge of company products and procedures
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
- Two (2) plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Provide high level of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.
- Strong Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
