Protocol Analysts solve complex problems, test innovative approaches and research new solutions. Requirements Candidates shall:
- Understand digital communications and conduct protocol analysis
- Use telecommunications principles and theories
- Demonstrate an In-depth familiarity with the OSI model
- Have a thorough knowledge of each layer and how they interact with each other
- Ability to document analysis results of protocols in a succinct and usable format for future capabilities Degree and minimum years of relevant work experience:
- HS/GED + 6-17 years’ experience or;
- AA + 4-15 years’ experience or:
- BS + 2-11 years’ experience or;
- MS + 3-9 years’ experience or;
- PhD + 2-7 years’ experience Required:
- Degree must be from an accredited university in STEM related field; specifically, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science. The Degree must include two years of advanced mathematics. - All candidates must have a current TS/SCI clearance and must be willing to submit to a polygraph. *Contingent Upon Contract Award*
