Qualifications you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in business, information-technology, engineering, or a related study
- The availability to work virtual, with occasional travel to our main offices as needed
- 5 years proven experience with Business Architecture tools and processes
- Understanding of healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and leadership kills
- Ability to develop and present project proposals and design concepts
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of business architecture deliverables, views, and viewpoints - including direct responsibility for the strategic themes and value streams that they are assigned to
- Work with MVP leadership and stakeholders to craft the recommendations that guarantee the achievement of targeted business outcomes and capitalize on relevant business disruptions
- Synthesize and synergize work across assigned strategic themes and value streams including strategy development, business analysis, process management, and systems analysis
- Working in concert with their respective business and technology partners, ensures design integrity and alignment with both client expectations and regulatory standards
- Guide teams through the design process, from initial sketches to final construction documents
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients, to achieve cohesive project outcomes
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
