We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, United States. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources
  • Control the entire project life cycle.
  • Management of the hardware product development and integration of the project.
  • Vendor Management. Identify prototype manufacturing vendors. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Conduct project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and action items
  • Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to support proposal preparation and contract negotiations
  • Implement and maintain best practices in project management methodologies
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment to drive project success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Embedded hardware/Controls development 
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience in a corporate setting
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience and understanding of hardware product development, and integration of major engineering components into a cohesive project.
  • Experience with vehicle, electronics, automation, prototyping. No software.
  • Proposal preparation and contract negotiation. NDA and ROMS
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in business development, sales, and marketing processes
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements (up to 25%)
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
