INTELLIGENCE PLANNER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intelligence Planner who will employ intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the Department. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. * Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to, development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES). * Assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. * Plan, package, execute, and report JOPES compliant plans and exercises. * Collaborate with other intelligence and exercise planners for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and participant engagement. * Cultivate and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal/external organizational components to achieve planning and exercise objectives. Qualifications Skills/ Qualifications: * Extensive knowledge in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE, and/or related subject matter. * Familiarity with JOPES and CCMD planning processes. * Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced. * Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations and intelligence disciplines. * Demonstrated ability to work independently wi th minimal oversight and direction; Ability to work in a fast paced/high OPTEMPO environment. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. * Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. * Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. * Skill in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams. Education and Experience: * Education - * (REQUIRED) Bachelor's degree in an area related to WMD, CBRNE, or all-source intelligence analysis from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. * (DESIRED) Joint Intelligence Planner-Proficiency Level I (JIP-I) certification or Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS) certificate. * Experience - * (REQUIRED) Eight (8) or more years of relevant professional experience conducting analysis relevant to WMD or CBRNE, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years. * (DESIRED) Experience as a planner at the CCMD, Service Headquarters, or Higher level; Experience developing Annex B, OPORDs, PLANORDs, supporting REDTEAMs, Partner Nation engagement Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active TS//SCI clearance. A counterintelligence polygraph is also required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Work Locations: Fort Belvoir, Virginia or Reston, Virginia. On Site vs Remote Ratio: All work will be performed on-site .
