The Data, Systems and Special Projects division of Workplace Infrastructure and Logistics (WIL) is a new team focusing on laying the foundation for data management and data analytics practices for our department. We support multiple WIL divisions that provide services, at our operational sites, like facility maintenance and operations; internal mail, print and supply operations. Specifically, we are focusing on solutions for these divisions to enable and support data analysis and transforming data into actionable insights. The summer associate would work both independently and collaboratively to support analysts on the team and our internal business partners by performing data collection, processing, and cleaning; and providing recommendations to support departmental objectives based on data analysis. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.
