Help us write the next chapter of Purina s history.As the Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where you will perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity. You will prioritize and manage workload using various tools.This position will start out on day shift working at Nestle Purina s temporary office building, located a mile from the Williamsburg Township facility. The first several months of this role are project-related with the goal of planning and developing the Warehouse department as we approach operational startup. This position will require travel up to 25% for training purposes to other Nestle Purina factory locations within the U.S.Once the Williamsburg Township facility reaches operational startup, the schedule will change to Monday-Friday 5pm-1am.There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate shipping activities and perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activityPrepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperworkAssist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storageAssist with the coordination of product returns and/or rejected materialsPerform a monthly aging inventory for both outside storage and in-houseMonitor and ensure RF unit integrity to promote high productivity.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED1+ years shipping, logistics or warehouse experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military or related environmentOther:Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management SystemMust be willing to travel up to 25% for training purposes until factory operational startup and/or you are fully qualified in your role.There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.Don t meet all the qualifications listed under other ?
