Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs an Associate Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for testing samples of our raw materials and finished products, communicating those test results with the appropriate departments. You will regularly interact with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas across QA to strengthen your skillset. Quality and safety are the promises we make on every bag, container, tub, and can and we continue to deliver on that promise.Analyze finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistryPerform manufacturing line inspectionsPerform sensory evaluations of in process and finished productInitiates all formula changes for Processing DepartmentSample and test incoming ingredients that include, but are not limited to physical testing, salmonella and EB testing, environmental sampling, and testing bins, sacks, and totesPromote Quality and Food Safety culture in the organizationRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1 + years working in quality, food manufacturing, production, manufacturing, military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $43,913 to $54,080. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
