This role is critical in shaping the future of our Enterprise Agreement offering by driving strategic initiatives, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization. If you are passionate about sales, love working with sellers, and thrive in a strategy-focused environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a robust GTM strategy for NetApp’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) offerings. Integrate insights from a diverse array of stakeholders to shape a forward-thinking, globally aligned EA strategy.
  • Program Design & Development: Architect and manage the design and rollout of EA programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers and sales teams. Ensure our programs are market-ready, competitive, and positioned for success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across sales, strategy, product, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure cohesive program development and execution. Coordinate the efforts of these teams to prioritize, design, and deploy key initiatives that accelerate EA growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales playbooks, collateral, and enablement materials to ensure the successful adoption of our GTM strategy within the sales organization. Empower our sellers with the tools they need to drive EA adoption.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Act as the voice of the customer and sales teams, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvements in our GTM strategy. Ensure that our EA programs resonate with both customers and sellers, addressing pain points and creating value.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline the sales process for EAs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with executive leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
  • Expertise & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert on NetApp’s Enterprise Agreements, offering guidance and support to internal teams, partners, and customers. Lead efforts to refine our EA model, making it a revenue-driving engine for the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, sales enablement, project/program management, or similar roles, preferably within the technology industry.
  • GTM Expertise: Deep understanding of GTM strategies focused on pricing, packaging strategy & simplification, bundling/solution selling, monetization & buying programs.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive significant business outcomes.
  • Sales Alignment: Strong knowledge of sales processes, incentives, and motivations. A passion for partnering with sellers and enabling their success.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Industry Insight: Preference for candidates with backgrounds in project/program management or management consulting within the technology sector.
  • Commitment: Ability to manage long-term projects and drive sustained outcomes, ensuring the success and growth of NetApp’s EA business.

Additional Insights:

  • You will be instrumental in transforming NetApp’s EA model, addressing the gaps in our current offerings, and making them more attractive and feasible for both existing and potential customers.
  • Your role will involve redesigning our EA programs to align with market demands and driving a significant increase in EA-related revenue.
  • As the lead in this space, you will also play a pivotal role in defining the partner engagement model as it relates to EAs and ensuring our sales teams are motivated to position these agreements effectively.
