We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide home-based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment (most often in the home).

  • Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities.

  • Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services.

  • Part-time schedule: 9–15 hours per week, typically afternoons (3–7pm preferred).

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).

  • Active RBT Certification.

  • Genuine passion for working with children.

  • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families.
