IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Responsibilities: * Respond to inquiries from computer users and assist in resolving IT problems. * Diagnose computer hardware and software issues. * Respond to telephone calls and utilize the automated service desk to assist customers with computer/software problems. * Receive, log, route, resolve, and conduct follow-up reporting on trouble calls and help desk tickets. * Provide technical guidance on the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. * Provide technical hardware assistance on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points/controller and other specialized computer equipment. * Lead and/or assist in the implementation of patches/upgrades for systems across the enterprise. * Operate enterprise management software and concepts, including but not limited to, Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, Arista Wireless Controller, pfSense, Azure Active Directory, and other specialized device management systems.   Requirements * High School Diploma * 2 years' experience * US Citizenship * Good communicator, professional, strong multi-tasker * Proficiency in IT support, including knowledge of TCP/IP protocols * Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently * Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques * Customer Service oriented   Preferred * Technical Certifications: A+, or Security +, or Network+ * Microsoft Visio network documentation experience * Experience in supporting Mac OS and iOS devices Equal Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
