*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:* We are looking for experienced LPN Nurses to join our team!
*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Pay & Perks*:
? Sign-on bonus available
? Salary from $28.00 - $34.00 per hour + overtime
? Shift differential: days $.25, evening, $.50, nights $.75 and weekends $2.00
? $2/hour attendance bonus during pay period

*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:*
? Current LPN license in state
? LPN skills with IV Certification
? Ability to pass a background check
? Long term care experience preferred but not required
? CPR certification
? Positive bedside manner
? Ability to work weekends and some holidays
*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Duties & Responsibilities*:
? Provide quality nursing care to residents
? Coordinate total nursing care for residents
? Implement specific procedures and programs
? Work with Director of Nursing + Assistant Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals
? Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures
? Provide daily reports
*Management involvement:* We help with meal passing. We help with call lights. We help assist on the floor. We have an open-door policy and will be there even when you just need someone to talk to. Nurse Managers help with all new admissions. We are always a phone call away to help with any concerns that may arise!
