What We Offer:

Single Medical Center Float RN based at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, providing flexible staffing support across multiple units within the facility to address patient care needs, staffing gaps, and fluctuating census demands. Adapted quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows while maintaining high standards of patient safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

 

They serve where staffing needs are most urgent, providing interim coverage until permanent staff are hired.

 

With assignments that may change daily and support for up to five locations, PNRT RNs bring flexibility, clinical confidence, and strong collaboration skills while gaining broad exposure to facilities, specialties, and care teams across Novant Health.

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Night Shift, Full-Time (36 hours/week)

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Education:  High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
