Shift: Varies - rotations through day and night shift during training.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Additional skills required: Willingness to learn and demonstrate excellent customer service, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, conflict resolution, and critical thinking and information technology skills.
The Graduate Nurse (GN) serves as an unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP) while awaiting full RN licensure. In this role, the GN will be supervised by an RN and learn key skills and workflows essential to the RN role. The GN accepts assignments from the supervising RN related to the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
