NVIDIA Developer Tools team is looking for a DevOps engineer to help take our build, test, and release systems to the next level. The position will be part of a fast-paced crew that develops and maintains desktop and mobile Developer Tools products over a multitude of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Cloud Computing, Android, and other embedded, real-time OSs (RTOS). Come be a part of the team that brings new GPU technologies to market with sophisticated simulation/emulation systems.What you’ll be doing:Maintain and improve build and test infrastructure used by multiple teams across the NVIDIA Developer Tools organization.Create build and test infrastructure to cover new and existing products and tools.Collect requests from individual teams and convey these to global infrastructure support teams.Actively work with the teams to analyze and triage infrastructure failures and drive these to resolution.What we need to see:BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience4+ years’ experienceThorough knowledge of the Python scripting languageExperience with build systems like CMake, Bazel, MSBuild, etcExperience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit)Strong problem solving and debugging skillsExperience with C++, .NET programming a plusSource control familiarity (Git, Perforce, etc.)Experience setting up and working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)Ability to self-manage, communicate, and adapt in a fast paced, high demand environment with changing priorities and directionExcellent communication skills, written and verbalWays to stand out from the crowd:Background with WSLExperience configuring and upgrading compiler toolchainsExperience with HPC/AI/Ethernet clustersKnowledge of the Perl scripting language (able maintain existing code, rewrite existing code in Python)NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
